1:1 Same-Day Color + Relaxer Class

This private, hands-on class is for licensed beauty professionals who want to deepen their understanding of working with color and relaxers during the same appointment. We’ll work through the decisions behind the service, from assessing the client’s hair to planning the application and caring for the finished result.

The class begins with consultation. We’ll review hair history, current condition, desired result, and strand testing so you can assess whether a same-day service is appropriate for a particular client. You’ll learn how I approach product selection, timing, application, and color placement while keeping hair integrity and scalp health central to the plan.

During the hands-on portion, I’ll guide you through the techniques we’ve discussed and answer questions as they come up. We’ll also cover finishing, at-home care, and how to communicate a maintenance plan to your client. Because this is a 1:1 class, the instruction can focus on the areas where you want the most support.

Please note: Students are responsible for providing their own model for the hands-on portion of the class. If you need assistance finding a model, I’m happy to help coordinate one for you.
